Doughnut Peddler
Doughnut Peddler distributes wholesale donuts and pastries to convenience stores, restaurants, and grocers. My team was tasked to redesign their internal software, Traximize, to be more intuitive, user friendly, and solve issue such as managing user permissions and resolving conflicting profile updates.
Challenges
Two primary areas that the old Traximize system struggled with was not having the ability to set different user roles/permissions and unable to resolve conflicting updates to client profiles. Our redesign addressed both issues by reimagining the user flow and applying intuitive design.
My Role
Lead designer responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, and visual comps. Worked alongside another senior designer who acted as a mentor.
